I never really enjoyed mini-empires in the first place due to this bad hosting you speak of.
I'd host but I can't put up a dedicated sadly. I have a friend who is really into mini empires though. Maybe he'd host. I'll ask him.

I'm planning on hosting a simple dedicated "mini" build.  If anyone can tell me how to host a dedicated because I have no idea since last time I hosted a dedicated was over a year and a half ago...

Make a shortcut for the launcher, and in options put -dedicated.

Ok, that's how it is now.  Thanks.  Mine should be up soon, just a simple "build whatever time period in miniature", no roleplay necessary.
