Why do you have key clicks on Vent?

A long time ago I had a very crappy mic, and sometimes it didn't pick up my voice at all. So I enabled the clicks to compensate for this. After a while I barely noticed they were there so I just left them on.

After listening to this video though I found them quite annoying, so I've since turned them off.

If we were to do more things like this in the future, would you guys prefer it more uncut, or more faster cuts like a highlights video?
