No packages are activating.

For some reason, none of the add-ons packages on my server activate. It says "Activating Package: " but it simply doesn't do anything. Regular functions execute but packaged functions do not. The only way I can activate a package by using "activatePackage();" in the console but I can't do that for every add-on.

Disabling one package now breaks every package loaded in that add-on.
