You aren't getting what I'm saying, you can't see the other ghosts, you can only see the ghosts that reside within your world, or how you perceive the world. See, when you die, you just come back as another ghost in the same world but you will be seeing it differently, as will all the other ghosts in that section of ghostiness. New York could be down in California and Alabama could be North Dakota!
