da fuq is with that giant curve on one side of the torso and the other side being diagonal to the shoulder? (picture in OP)
lines any bigger than 8px are an eyesore (personal preference, wouldn't take to it if you find it difficult)
do lines on a separate layer and clean them up when you're done with them
your colouring is atrocious and way too one-toned, a little shading goes a long way
overall you're very messy and should really just take advice from others and see where it gets you

Does no one read any of the posts where i say i suck at art?

Master MS Paint before you go onto other Digital art programs.  :cookieMonster:

i had a feeling you were going to post something along the lines of "you don't read" or "stfu you don't know what you're talking about"

as soon as i read this i realized you have no potential for improvement until you get out of this mindset, but you seem to take criticism horribly like every other deviantART user, drop that loving attitude because you're going to be criticized if you want to make your work public

that doesn't mean there's not room for improvement, i was loving horrible too, probably worse than you are right now, but loving amazing stuff happens when you practice and take advice from others

You mean something along the lines of this?

Not pro but not the worst.

That's a start.
I have done better, just saying. Sadly i do not have it on this computer.

for a second there i imagined a boss in his fancy work suit yelling motivationally at one of his workers. tears welled up in both of your guys's eyes and you hugged afterwards, and then you jumped out of the twentieth story of the building you were in and sailed into the sky, exploding in a brilliant flash of light. a week later a funeral was held and i saw your family standing over your grave all emotionally, and then ending credits rolled.

it was beautiful.

yup definitely watching too many movies recently.
