this is not relevant at all, i'm pretty sure the majority of the community doesn't even know you exist, but even if they do you can't use that as your defense. "hey guys this is a criminal, i guess i can take a stuff on his face! i won't get any penalty because i'm more liked than he is"

because nobody cares about one person out of 40k people? not trying to make you feel bad but welcome to reality.
even if you're well known on the internet, that doesn't make you an important person.
apart from that, i'm pretty sure half of the community doesn't know you. why? because you're not an important person and even if you were, not everybody goes on the forums. and even if they did they still wouldn't know you because you're not an important person.

I didn't say I was important at all. However ingame I am generally quite well known for the same reason as Glass. I hosted servers and was also Glass' co host for the best part of a year. I'm probably not well known on the forums and I can accept that.

And think about this, let's say I was completely unknown and had just joined the fourms today. Let's say the community was able to choose to get rid of the completely unknown guy or Glass. They would more than likely choose Glass because the new unknown guy hasn't done anything wrong.

All I did today is say that Glass ripped off Racerboy which he did and I got permantly banned for it. All I did was state something and then I was banned and posted on the topic why I was banned for everyone to see (which the ban reason was still funny). For a laugh myself and TomTom joined under alts which I admit was probably an immature thing to do and then after that Glass said that we needed to get a life which as you expect we were going to react to that as any normal person would do and that is how the argument kicked off.

I was not spamming.
I went onto your topic and posted that the new build was a rip off from Racerboy's. After that Darren had some things to say and I was posting in response to questions he was asking and posting what I had heard about the story about emo nation going to DDoS my server to get a key off tomtom. I then answered some questions Darren was asking about Racerboy, about 15 minutes later when I was on your server I was banned for the reason "with love"

Simply put I made one comment about the build being a rip off then posted in response to what darren was asking.

lol, you can't call something a copy because it has grass and landscape.

The build is very similar with the exception of the spawn rooms
I'm pretty sure I read a post by Glass were he even said he copied some of Racerboy's stuff.
