They are supposed to be weird (sorta?) I don't really know what it is honestly. Still playing around with mocap and then this happened. It's just weird.

Why sell items for less than a scrap when I could just craft them together myself and save the trouble of trading?

1 scrap is the generally agreed upon price for all standard, Unique quality weapons. It always has been, and it (hopefully) always will be. If you really want a weapon that badly that you can't wait for it to drop, you shouldn't have a problem banging two of your less-desired items together to pay for it.
