This is not a real thing. There are Voodoo-Cursed Pyro Souls and Haunted Voodoo-Cursed Pyro Souls. You're likely getting it confused because of the similar colors.

I think (don't hold me to it) that you gotta get a product key from something and then register it.
If you're gonna try and get it I'd recommend buying the humble indie bundle, great games there.

Go to the bottom-left corner of Steam, and there should be a button that says "Add a Game" click on it, and put in the key. You should be able to get the badge then.
