When Steam Trading Cards went out of beta, I got a Trading Card Emoticon and a Foil Card Emoticon. Can someone further explain these things?

What's the price for a normal Foppish Physician?
I keep searching on backpack.tf but it keeps bringing me to the Genuine one.
I have no idea how you and a couple other people here are using backpack.tf's pricing services but I have a feeling it's completely wrong so to make everyone's lives easier the two best ways to find out the price of an item there are:
1. Go to your backpack page on the website (backpack.tf/id/USERNAME, mine is backpack.tf/id/regulith for example) and hover over the item you wish to know the value of, towards the bottom will be a "Suggested value" (if you have paint on the item or some other value-increasing change to the item there will also be a "(w/ bonuses)" value, that makes this the most reliable option)
2. Enter part of or the entire name of the item in the search bar at the top and DON'T PRESS ANYTHING ELSE, the item and its prices will appear below with color-coded prices; with the numbers in green boxes meaning genuine, numbers in yellow boxes meaning clean Unique, numbers in yellow boxes with the "no" symbol meaning dirty Unique, etc.
