im not really sure how much that would go for to be honest. Its on the lower side of the new effects, i think it would be more than 3 though.
an overclocked fez has gotten an offer of a ghost's liquidators lid and a bills, thats about 3-3.5 and your effect should be higher, so you could probably get 4 easily.
I'd suggest getting out of the new effects asap though, once they hype train hits the wall they're gonna drop like a rock. You probably already knew that though.

See I happen to like the lower-tier unusual effects, makes getting an unusual I like so much easier.

Even though I haven't had very many in the past, getting 1-1.5 buds isn't really that hard, with patience.
