Was playing on barnblitz and my team, which must have consisted of every player who had just booted up the game for the first time, got stuck on a single Sentry for like 5 minutes despite having a Medic (me) before I switched to DH Soldier and took it out within 30 seconds

Sometimes the item server nods off and when you're moving items around it doesn't swap one of the items so said item ends up hanging out in the void until you get the item back via a "you found" notification
