So the new Halloween update may have something to do with bread as there are apparently some Bread related files added in the past updates. and its thought that each class is gonna get a type of bread. The types of bread for each class is:

Scout: Bagged Bread
Soldier: Rationed Bread
Pyro: Burnt Bread
Demoman: Shortbread (possibly)
Heavy: Russian Black Bread
Engineer: Cornbread
Medic: Pretzel
Sniper: Crumpet
Spy: Baguette

EDIT: Apparently Robots also get Robo-Bread
