so some people hypothesized valve is buffing/nerfing weapons so they'd be more viable in a competitive scenario, the bulletin boards/posters that appear in most maps are probably hinting a new matchmaking system, and doesn't seem unlikely, since it had been discussed with valve: http://teamfortress.tv/forum/thread/8952/ . any thoughts/ideas/theories?
