I think the Boston Basher needs adjusted; the Tribalman's Shiv is better because you don't hit yourself, and it still does more damage.

Also, I found out the basher does 2 more damage, but I still think it's riskier to use when you're sprinting around trying to whack people

...They're for different classes.. A sniper will more than likely die before even getting in a close enough range for the shiv to become useful in the same way a scout uses the basher.

I usually use the default flamethrower + shotgun but I've found this loadout really fun to use recently. I love zooming around the map with the power jack.

I still use the default flamethrower, I find it more effective when playing defensive.

its too useful to be balanced. it fires twice per second doing around 35 per each swing, with a total of 70 PLUS 40 damage with bleed, while the self bleed helps medics build uber as the bleed hurts you, and you can also basher jump WITH THE SAME WEAPON. thats why its used alot in competitive tf2.
