Would this be any improvement? There wasn't really anything to do with the face, but I added a slight smile. Also, I couldn't find a way for the dispenser screen to work.

You can use the Dispenser screen, or you can go into the game engine, switch to Engineer, and build a Dispenser

Well me and my friend found a guy who was most likely hacking.

He was firing rockets at doorways right when we were about to come through them every time
and at one point while I was spectating him he was looking directly where my friend was through about 2 walls.
his camera also seemed a little jittery too so I'm not sure if that means anything
he also had admin on the server and abused it by slapping and freezing us. and one time he no-clipped over to my friend to kill him.

one of the reasons why I'm suspicious of hacking is cause all of his stranges have 250 or less kills on them.
generally a TF2 player who is really good would have stranges for their weapons in the thousands.

he wasn't doing it as much here, and my friend has another video of it too that I assume is better, but you can still see him near the start shooting at where the scout is before he even is visible.
