specialized killstreaks do this

every couple seconds in certain colors

professional has the same thing plus certain eye effects when you reach a killstreak (every 5 kills, and gets more intense for each killstreak) like this


normal killstreaks just count towards your kills and have no special effects.

Collectors are when you combine 200 of a certain weapon. They're pretty expensive.

I'm wondering, if you have a prof killstreak secondary/melee and get kills with a simple killstreak weapon, will you get the eye effect?
