Scout is a direct counter to Pyro

Eh...it's really not though. Airblast alone is enough to stop most scouts, regardless of skill level. The only way you can counter Pyro is by staying out of his range, but that's true for any class. Pyro doesn't have a real direct counter really besides Heavy if you're playing Pyro right, but Pyro's also not a class that needs many. He has many 'checks' that make it unnecessary to have a direct counter like say Scout-Demoman or Pyro-Soldier because his range is very limited compared to other classes.
