NOBODY has the badge yet, they will be released out to people most likely tonight when the winners are announced
You should be able to get the badge if you only voted for one video
The faerie solitaire badge will probably also be given out when the other badge is given out
The camera-like melee weapon will be given out to saxxy finalists only
