That's for the upgrade station in mvm. It was originally supposed to play music, but they scrapped it.

scout: don't run directly into the pyro's flame/airblast range
soldier: stagger your shots/use shotgun
demo: stagger your pipes, use stickies. you're forgeted in close range anyways
heavy: m1
engy: place your sentry in a spot that isn't loving terrible
medic: you're forgeted unless you have a team
sniper: click on his head
spy: avoid pyros, use revolver
