This keeps happening, sometimes it seems to get fixed by verifying the files, but most of the times I've tried it won't.
I've reinstalled tf2.
Also happends sometimes when I try to open gmod.

Latter is less likely. I've played for nearly 2 years, and I still get dominated by 2-3 people in those servers.

I never do multiplayer,unless its mvm or achievement_idle, because everyone is just so skilled asdf.

So I just play with bots in training mode.
