It's not traced, therefore there is no real problem.  In general, if you copy an image it's a good idea to link to the original so that everyone is on the same page and we know you're not trying to take credit for the character design.  Also so we can get a good comparison to the original.  Here, the shoulders and face are smooshed, but these mistakes exist in the original image - without the original we wouldn't know if you're doing a bad job copying or just need to pick better starting images.

He has a pretty damn good point i would have taken this a little better if you had said you were trying to draw the original. I thought it was blatant stealing at first.

New pic of censored nude version and some random faces,dident want to mess up the nude version so i was just lazy and put a piece of paper over it lol,nude version not really nude...i just got rid of the jacket thingy on her  :|
