Yes this. I would have never joined glasses servers until recently. His behavior seems to have DRAMATICALLY improved, the server is better, and he's not acting like an starfish to everyone.

I tried negotiating with him about my admin application, I was currently banned from the Forums at the time so I summited my application via IRC, he said: "No, you can only apply on the Forums", after many attempts to influence him in saying "It will be of a convience to read it here" and "It's no different posting it here than later", anyway, he was stubborn and I he blocked me after I constantly sent him a multitude of messages, the fact that he is the one reviewing the applications and cannot just say accepted or not over IRC is utterly unrational.

I was irritated so I said how he was ridiclious and insensitive.

I was exiled and permeantally banned forever Reason: "Let me help you..."

Not only did that sounded illogical or have no association to the dilehma, but permeantally banned?
