guys you gotta remember how the patriot act works. ANYONE who is declared a terrorist, dosnt get rights. and many such horrible things like this can legally be done by the alphabet agencies.
now the bill (including others that follow up) deem that the president or alphabet agencies (mostly the SS, CIA, DHS, NSA) not including the congress themselves, can just declare anyone a terrorist they want. that is the loophole that makes the whole system awful.
individuals, whole groups, entire religions or ethnicity. at a whim can lose their rights if they are labeled a terrorist for little to no reason, by people who were appointed and no voted for.

its legal to do anything to anyone for any reason as long as any 1 person from a number of different offices, will call them a "terrorist"
then suddenly rights dont apply anymore.
now i read what he was posting on his facebook. no secrets were being spilled, the guy was just an outspoken government dissent.
many people are.
HOWEVER! recently, the government is starting to crack down on anti government veterans specifically. and this guy was clearly one of the targets.

the government is beginning to use the "terrorist" loophole. to capture and stop trained veterans in our own country.
stop them from what i can go on all day about, i happen to know what they are trying to prevent. but thats no longer the point of this topic.
