Melatonin.

Seriously take it.

I started taking it for dreaming purposes but it helps you fall asleep too.

i've been thinking about it but my parents are iffy about it and decide that if i'm going to take something my brain already has, i have to see a doctor. even though i could take omega 3 and B complex supplements without anything against it

Oooh I know that feel. It's hot, thoughts pop into your head, you don't know WHAT to do.

I've been there. I close my eyes, and think/look at other things that isn't my eyes shut. It sounds weird but I'm basically just attempting to start the dreaming process

i wonder if meletonin would help with lucid dreams. i want to get it but i need to pursuade them that it isn't going to be habit forming

melatonin is a natural supplement i use it all the time
but my doctor told me to so yeah go to a doctor

Okay i'll bring it up and try to ask a doc

also good sleep relieves stress

Always sleep with a pillow, I tried to sleep without one and could transcend time and space all i wanted without actually dozing off
