Author Topic: is there such a thing as a good media player  (Read 801 times)

im looking for a media player for windows that doesn't suck, the default windows media player sucks, it can barely play any formats of files. im looking for one that can play FLVs.

VLC is crap.

You might as well get an flv to avi converter.

i have quicktime and it works fine.

I don't know about you guys, but when I recorded something on blockland and played it on VLC, it was distorted hue angle sideways stuff like someone stretched an old movie film tape up on one side and down on the other

Actually, it's pretty good aside from a few glitches.

RealPlayer and WinLAME are good audio/video conversion tools.
