And I am sure proud of him
Here he is with his pipaya tree in Paraguay

Man, he has actually gone through so much in his life.
He had been in filadelfia (the city he grew up in) since it was just being formed. He had faced attacks from the natives. He had been a missionary, going into the thick Paraguayan bush where he preached to the natives. He had even witnessed his best friend killed by a native. It's actually incredible he had survived in Paraguay, let alone with hardly any resources to start a village.
My grandfather has actually dedicated so much to filadelfia. I think there should be a street named for him.
Right now he lives with my grandmother in a house near the edge of filadelfia. He is still an energic guy, even doing pranks once an a while.
I can't speak the language he and the other people there speak (German) but at least I can tell him I love him. I hope he makes it to 100!
