those are the things suggested

While I think TS is a horrible thing to start with (there are much better choices overall), but scripting isn't really that hard once you learn the basics.

i have no idea where to start with building or scripting and there are no modeling programs that work fully on my computer

While I'm not good at teaching people stuff I could try to help you if you get stuck (with scripting).
