How to let my players create floating bricks

I can easily create floating bricks by using the Swiss Army Gun mod. This is useful if you have things built on a 64x cube, and want to replace the 64x cube with a bunch of 8x cubes to create an underground tunnel. I was wondering how I can let the players on my server do this.

zone bricks are great, many uses for them.

Zone bricks act like water bricks, meaning that other bricks may be placed within zone bricks. Therefore, if you don't want to have to support a ton of floating bricks, simply add in a couple of 64x64 zone bricks and make them public, meaning that anyone can build within them.

This is cool, but I don't want to encourage floating bricks. It's just meant to be something temporary so they can replace bricks below other bricks.

As long as don't put zone bricks everywhere, you'll be fine.
Just use them in the prospective replacement areas.
