Zyber (ID:20115) apparently stole my build in revenge for me being an starfish to him (which apparently most people do on the internet). Oh, no. Whatever shall I do.

According to later chat he stole my RC Sapper Raceway (AKA Tortilla Chip Raceway).
This guy even doesn't have all my brick addons, and that build was highly popular meaning most people will rage at him for stealing it.

I even doubt he would host it.

on topic: if he didn't claim it was his and you bet he isn't even going to host it and that people will rage at him for doing it, why did you create this drama? if he's not gonna host it or claim it as his own then it's not stealing.

Because people like to save other people's builds and look at them in single player. It's a pretty important part of the game.
