Add-Ons aren't appearing.

Yeah. I can't use Add-Ons, they don't appear in the list. I can't even use vehicles or colored lights, or even most particle emitters. Any idea for why this is happening?

Fresh install worked. Odd, I didn't download any odd Add-Ons.

this was caused by a capitalization error in the installer.  The directory was named "add-ons" instead of "Add-Ons".  It is now fixed.
