I've finally finished it, and I hope it looks better! I didn't really like the name, but I couldn't think of anything else. If you can think of something better, please post it. c;

As I've said, I'm posting this as an app for Oceanco. Please tell me what you think if your in it! :D

A note on the cannons, they fire both round and canister shot types, and have a reload time. There are 36 guns in total.

Please rate x/10 and post constructive criticism. Say why it looks bad or good.

:EDIT: New pictures! I was able to add a second gun deck. However, its a bit cramped in the lower decks.

It's nice. But I don't like how the cannons are so low down. It wouldn't look so odd if there was a second level of cannons as well. And some on the deck if possible.
But still. I really like it.

Yeah, I noticed that too. I wanted to have another deck of cannons and guns, but I never got to it. I'll try to remember that If I build something like this again.

:EDIT: I could possibly edit it so there will be some guns on the deck. Would that look better?

I like it. Other than a few historical design inconsistencies this looks spot on, plus we don't have too many people building traditional ships. Welcome to Oceanco!

I think the most important thing would be to move the cannons up or add a second layer. Cannons on the deck might be a bit too much, but it'd be worth it to look at it.

Also, I tried to make a second gun deck. However, the problem is that there's not enough space to fit another one. Its either the bottom deck as no room, or the top as no room either. Would it be alright if I just added the guns on the top deck, and/or should I try and raise the gun deck?

I would suggest raising the deck if you don't have any other choice.

Right now those cannons look a little odd, because a single cannon deck wouldn't that low. That's already been pointed out. It seems that any ships with double, triple or even quadruple cannon decks had some cannons as low as or even lower than yours.

Other than that, it looks pretty amazing really. It's nice to see someone making traditional ships again :)
