He probably thinks it's poor to the PC version because the Xbox 360 version has a lower version, you cannot download mods, (This may just be me) the controls are clunky, and you can't actually make your own skin and use it. Am I in the ballpark there?

Edit: And that the Xbox 360 is less superior to a Pc specifications wise.

You can download mods and skins. XBox version actually has some better stuff than the computer and is can have crappy stuff too.

Press the "Downloadable Content" button on the XBox version.
