Are you hosting a non-dedicated server when you do that?

Not on Blockland. In command prompt.

The lowest ping I've ever had in Blockland was ~200. I couldn't play Knife TDMs if my life were at stake. Does anyone know how to reduce ping?

Move from Brazil to the United States.

hi badspot.
On topic: I usually have around 40-50 ping while playing blockland

Switching from wireless to cable seems to have reduced the ping a bit. Seems fairly decent now, but it's not what I was expecting. Though, the only real solution is moving from Brazil to the United States, hence most servers are located in the United States. Thanks for bringing your attention to this topic, Badspot.

Is it possible to remote play on a certain DNS server that is being hosted in the US?

Yes, it is, however it won't have any effect. Your ping travels at the same rate to the DNS server as it would to the Blockland server, as they are both being hosted in the US.

Using an ethernet cable makes servers much more playable.

Hm.

I had ~30ms ping once. It was good day.

Don't remember what server I got that ping on, though.

constant 4-500 ping  :cookieMonster:
I like how steady your connection is.

No, he's just too lazy to type the zeroes in 400

This happened to me on legopepper's server I think. I didn't know that was even possible :o
If the packet takes way too long to arrive the ping will show up as '0'
