It will be public. The goal is to add a new realistic layer of gameplay to City RP's.

this mod sounds interested but there is one problem,

trigger happy cops.



for example: a pink jeep is speeding and pulls over cos the cop says. the driver gets out and is sorted out by the cop. the cop gets odd and shoots the jeep driver

This sounds to realistic to be fun.

Go around arresting people for speeding. What fun.

There won't be a primary arrest feature. That will be reliant on other things such as RP Core or CityRP. Also, as far as shooting freely, there's nothing to stop that other than the Super Admins (or even Admins). If its a half decent server, it won't happen.
