So my brother say Bethesda has released an article that explains the process of reformatting your ps3 after backing up your saves to make it not lag. As well as do some other things with the ps3.

Is this legitimate.

I really don't trust this at all.

It/he could be referring to that trick where if you swap your PS3 hard drive out for one with a higher read/write rate (Or something like that, forget the exacts) games will mostly load faster.
