Author Topic: How fast can you run a mile?  (Read 2978 times)

Best one last year was 7:20 or something but this summer i had speed agility and endurance training so its gonna be higher. Only thing is now im in highschool and we run 2 miles.
I'm doing the 2 mile trial next week
Then the 5k trial the week after that
And I ran around 4 miles the first day with a forgetton of hills.

My fastest ever was like 6 minutes 43 seconds.

7:10 last time I was recorded last year.

i don't remember, it's been over a year since i've run a timed mile, the only time i had to run was in the president's challenge.

5:50, but that is bound to change since Soccer started again.

5:48, but I already got 5:52 at the start of the cross country season so that should change easily. Got time trials next week, most likely gonna make varsity.

7:45 max
forget you minor case of asthma

The last time I ran was across the road, to avoid a bus.

What is this "voluntary running" you speak of?

It's something fat people do to lose weight.
I'm pretty fat myself.

I'm not fat, I have an okay diet and I'm probably just one of those types that doesn't get fat easily... not yet anyway.

However I'm extremely weak. My knees tend to ache for 12 hours if walk around for more than 20 minutes, and three days a go I put my back out when I leaned back a bit weird.

Pretty sure if I got hit by a car I'd fall to pieces. I'll do something about it... some time some decade. LOL.
