I thought it was RTB's failure?

Yes.  But, I'm sure that in many people's eyes it was my failure.
Now, I'm not sure if it was actual bug, glitch, error, etc.  RTB might just not yet have the compatibility to add custom music.
I even tried the FTP upload, but it still doesn't work.
