It's Inspiron, and why do you think everyone has a stuff computer. PC players are the ones with better specs. Also, since when did "children" start buying blockland?
Ever since parents realized that roblox demanded too much dosh and decided to look for a cheaper game.

google lego block building game online, we're the 4th result. You also realize that blockland isn't a hardcore game, right? This is an online building game, it's not exactly the type of thing that attracts basement dwellers and their 7 thousand dollar custom builds with 3 terabyte RAM and the fancy LED lights on the side.

why can't it? and who the forget has 3 terabytes of ram

I think it was an exaggeration.

Because this is not that kind of game, we don't have nearly enough hi scores. Building games are more prone to attracting casuals, IE minecraft. Either way, it's better to keep the pictures normal until baddy makes sure that shadows and shaders works on everything it should, lest he be crushed under angry letters from enraged soccer moms who thought that their millennium edition desktop would be enough to appease little timmy's shadow addiction.

I sure as hell am not a casual gamer and I was attracted to it in v7

He should redo all of the videos with shadows and shaders :cookieMonster:

I bought a server with 3TB of hard drive memory, part of it was to host BL and MC servers. My regular desktop has a blue LED fans and I'm interested in bl. A good gaming computer that can play games maxed out only costs $1k not $7k. Wouldn't you rather take screenshots of your game with high settings then everything set to low, you think your gonna get buyers?

Its like Battlefield 3, thats pretty demanding (like bl is now), not everyone will be able to run it, so should they take screenshots of everything on low?

blockland.us is designed to sell blockland

we are advertising less then blockland's maximum capability

just because we don't attract a super-hardcore rrr-professional-gamer crowd doesn't mean we can't make the game look pretty to entice new buyers, especially with the major feature change we just added. just because there are some people trying to run the game on a kitchen appliance (or mac. ha!) doesn't mean we should suddenly stop advertising our cooler features

that's like saying that the SNES should have advertised itself exclusively by using shaq fu because some people will only ever buy shaq fu

Are you kidding? I have only a $500 computer and the video card could sure use an upgrade. Yet I can run on high shaders, high everything else, and still do fine with plenty of bricks.

I have a $500 computer with a $150 GPU I just bought, I can run high shaders and do fine as well.

That's the minimum, and it still works. Blockland doesn't need very many requirements. I have a small notebook that I've had since like 2006 and it works fine on that. My main laptop i5 cost like $700 bucks, never gotten lag on Blockland before. Badspots team did a great job with the simple but good looking graphics.

note: badspot is the entire dev team

unless kompressor is involved. then it's badspot and kompressor.

I guess you could call Badspot and Kompressor a team.  :cookieMonster:

Finally we have gotten our points accross. Freaking uninformed idiot who thinks you need to spend $7k on a computer to game.
