It isn't a double standard, if you've upheld a pretty good reputation and make one mistake you shouldn't get torn to bits. If your reputation is crap and you made yet another mistake then arguably you should.

This is similar to speeding tickets. My father was driving for 30 years before he got a speeding ticket. When he went to traffic court, he told the judge that he had been driving 30 years without any previous issue. He didn't have to pay the ticket, it was erased from his record, and his deductible and insurance rates didn't go up. He told me later that I was screwed if I got a speeding ticket, because I couldn't claim the same good reputation as he could.

why would I take any pictures. I didn't think it was a big enough thing for a drama; I left, and moved on. I wasn't even bannedd until later, and when that happened I was banned for "hacker".

If someone's going to make a drama topic about you and you don't know it's going to be made, why take pictures, why not just move on.

If it's not drama worthy than you should not have banned everyone on the server.
