Psp you suck balls at moderating your own server

Heck, I could be an admin if he wanted.

Psp used to host a 24/7 City RPG and gave out alot of adminship.
The server lasted a month and averaged 3 players tops, not to mention was buggy as all hell get out.
Since then, he's a little more cautious about admining people.

Honestly, if anyone has an idea Other than "OHMYGOSH ADMIN ME I CNA B GUD ADMEN", I will go on the server RIGHT NOW and do it. Seriously. Whatever the hell makes ya'll happy. I mean, I've dropped what I've been doing in the past 3 days every like hour, ranging from my own server to fixing my car.

Nobody's gonna get admin. If psp wanted an admin, he would either have a poll, or he would pick someone he liked, aka:

Someone level headed
doesn't give enough of a forget to complain about every little thing
sense of humor
actually DOES work
etc.

I went to the server and it's full of handicaps.

Eepos constantly spamming dumb stuff, Peeta constantly saying "hacker" whenever someone kills him, and that kind of friendry.

Koopa, I realize this isn't directed at me, more at the server, but I mean cmon I go on drama for some good emotional stuff "My best friend cleared my 100,000,000 brick build, perma'd me and irc'd me 'BITCH' :C", and I always see these damn "Server sucks, host is richard, raghhasdd blockland forget"

I do semi agree that 3 admins is a little too litte, and to further that point:
I've never seen any of the other 2 admins. I've only seen psp and myself on the server.

It's a sniper TDM. People who are roostery think everyones a hacker. "Ohmygosh I is l33t snipor I is hided in teh house near dem, dey cant see meeee hue hue", and they don't realize either I can sneak out the back and back-snipe him, or I can just snipe him from the same damn window he shoots from. If people wanna post pictures, I can see what I can do admin-wise, but overall, the servers gonna stay the way it is unless I feel the need to change something.

Then again, I don't get paid at all.
Personally I have more interest in hosting MY server right now and playing mini empires.
Oh wait, I can't do that, that's not my job, I have to sit on psp's server, babysit everyone and make sure they don't do stuff.

Compromise:
I'm gonna go on RIGHT now. Anyone that complains, spawnkills or the like, gets banned for 4 days, regardless. I'm going to post this link as well, just so I can be "fair."

Any arguments?
