before i get your idiotic comments like "LUL YU DIDNT ENABLE DEM" or "LUL U IN INTELL"
i did enable them(normal, tried max) and im on a nvidia and AMD computer, it's a vista, and no shaders are displaying,
someone help, please.

shadows do not display aswell

If you enabled it and it doesn't work there's really nothing you can do.

I'd say start up a game, disable then enable shaders, then post your console.log here. It'd probably help.

Post specs; the video card could be old and not support them

Post PC specifications and a console log, otherwise nobody can help you.

If the console says "shaders INACTIVE" then obviously they're not working and you need a solution. Graphics card is probably too old.
