What I want to know, is if there is a certain name for using audio from different clips of the same show, such as Spongebob, and cut and put them together to make it say something else.

Well you are remixing and splicing audio, dubbing over other clips.

I'm not sure if there is a name for the style of movie / fan art of that style.
