I don't think a console.log is needed for this one.
It is a common problem all throughout blockland that if players try to activate a button right after they spawn, it won't work until about 4 seconds go by.
Why is this? Can it be fixed?

Happens also when an admin teleports. I assume its to prevent badmins from cheating or something.

so a badmin doesnt just teleport to a dude with a shotgun and kill him.
but I'm probably wrong.

this is a feature, not a bug
it's to prevent admin abuse, spawnkilling and malicious events
