ALSO: a lighter is a terrible idea, certified EMT's don't carry one because a properly cauterized wound is very difficult to do if you don't know wtf you're doing, stick to physical, not chemical, remedies.

Medical Tape is a big one.
Swedish Army Burn cream, you can probably get it at Ikea. If you apply to a burn fast, it doesn't blister if it is not major.

If you are going out of your way, you might as well go all the way and make yourself a Emergency kit, or a 48 Hour pack (Similar to Military), as well as purchasing some MRE's. They aren't all that bad.
