I dont have an Intel card, i am using window pc!
i dont know why i cant get shader! i tun it on in options
do i need a new g-card? if so what one?? thanks!
(my console log is at bottom)

Yes, buy a new one.

You need to give us more specifications on your computer for us to determine what kind of GPU you should buy for it.
