Big Red Spot on my Eye

NOTE : IT IS 12:40 AM WHERE I LIVE. I AM NOT GOING TO THE EYE DOCTOR AT THIS TIME.

Anyways, I went to the bathroom recently, and I glanced at the mirror.
I have a pretty noticable spot on my eye, and I was kinda wondering if this is bad, or not.
Now, I know most of you aren't doctors, but I was thinking if this was common or something.
My eye has been a bit more itchy, nothing else.
My vision isn't blurred, I see and concentrate straight.
It looks something like this.
Am I gonna be safe?

Possibly.
I was using Google a bit, and I was seeing "If your vision isn't blurred, and nothing is wrong, then it should clear up."
I wanted to kinda confirm it with my best friends. (I love you guys)

Blood vessel? Rubbed your eyes too much? forgeted up contact lenses always make my eyes red.
