Going to get a new computer soon. Is this good?

Currently, my blockland cannot run shaders without crashing, and is really turning to crap after crashing almost every 30 minutes. I've been thinking a bit about getting a new computer, and getting a desktop this time instead of a laptop, but then keeping my laptop for things like bringing it to school or other sorts of transportation. So I found a pretty nice one on newegg, so I wanted the opinion of the community if this is a good computer, and if it could run shaders and sorts.

Yeah it will probably last longer than 2 years. The laptop I am on currently has lasted 3 years, and it has a duel core prosessor and 4GB of RAM.

Also, I already have a keyboard and mouse, for when I hook my laptop to a monitor.
