Under normal circumstances neither are banable. He was banned because he essentially stuff on the topic with his (visible) first post. I think the ban was unfair and all but I understand why it happened.

He posted his ban reason and that wasn't it. Also, "challenges are for mondays" is taking a stance on the issue which is incompatible with the idea that you don't care.

that may not have been the reason then, but I assure you that in this day and age "x is for mondays" no longer means that it is something only black people partake
