Sadist/Fiend. All fire-based weapons are about slowly (or quickly) roasting someone to death, which I would imagine is incredibly painful! Either they're doing it because they love inflicting pain, or just ruining someone's day.
Though, that could work with any class that uses torturous methods of killing.
