Headphones are messed up, any way to fix?

So basically, my headphones only play sound in the left ear. If I want to hear it in both ears, I have to tilt my head to the side which is extremely annoying and uncomfortable.
Is there anyway to fix them, or do I have to buy new ones? If I do have to buy new ones, what should I buy?

just about all headphones will do that, ive had several headphones that have done that to me (freebies with phones etc.) you will need new headphones as you will lose sound in the other earplug eventually

are you sure that the right one is plugged in?
because some headphones have plugs for both headphone ears
i encountered this problem before and then i noticed the right one wasn't plugged in so i plugged it in and it worked again.

thats also a possibility
also maybe the contacts have lost some conductivity if thats possible, so the headphones will only work when you turn the jack around in its socket

it's just one plug

so i guess i'll have to get new ones

same kinda thing happens with my earbuds, one side is out and I would have to bend the plug thing to a certain spot to get them to work again, this has happened with most earbuds I've had.
